Everything is very good - hospitality of the staff, conditions and so on. Very nice!
Breakfast was a little poor. Location is a little far from the center, but anyway we did not use public transport :-)

This is an excellent value for money choice in Rome. It is not in the very center, but it is only 15 min walk from the Vatican, 30 min walk from the center and close to bus and metro lines. We loved the fact that it is located in a very typical roman residential area, which gave us a chance to meet the "real" Rome, outside the overcrowded with tourists center. The place is spotless and Irene, the owner is very friendly and helpful. There is an equipped kitchen which can be used all day long (including the espersso machine :)).

Excellent welcome with a very gracious host. Really made our trip to Rome. Great insider knowledge of where to eat and what to see. Brilliant location. No embarrassing fuss made about the fact we travelled as a gay couple.
